Thursday Breakfast – fresh fruit salad with 1-2 tbsp. L. Rice cereal, rice with milk or serum. Lunch – veggie broth, radishes with green salad, rice with carrots, steamed. Dinner – veggie broth, rice with parsley and a pinch of sunflower seeds. Friday Breakfast – rice with grapes or raisins and 1 tsp. Grated almonds. Lunch – veggie broth, rice with lots of greens and steamed vegetables with 1 tbsp. L. Refined olive oil. Dinner – veggie bisque, rice, seasoned with a spoon of chopped walnuts, 2 tablespoons. L. Green onions and 2 tablespoons. L. Grated celery or parsley. Spinach, steamed. Saturday Breakfast – rice + 2 dates, 4 walnuts, 1-2 berries fresh figs and one sliced pear. Lunch – veg soup, rice with raw fresh vegetables (cucumber, bell pepper, mint and 1 tbsp. L. Refined olive oil). Dinner – veggie bisque, rice with 1-2 fresh apples, cut into thin slices, 1 tbsp. L. Sour serum and 1/2 teaspoonful of natural honey. Sunday Breakfast – rice with apple and pear, diced, seasoned with a few drops of medium lemon juice and 1 tsp. Natural honey, 1/2 servings of yogurt. Lunch – veg broth, a portion of green salad, rice with a fresh tomato and green beans, cooked in steam. Dinner – veggie bisque, rice with squash, steamed, 1 tsp. Refined olive oil, 5 olives, basil.
